Sign API Dashboard, Dropbox
Revamped the Sign API Dashboard, which had remained in perpetual beta for 8 years. This tool empowers developers to troubleshoot errors, triangulate data, and monitor the health of their eSign integration with Dropbox. I led the design of this project - from laying the foundation by crafting vision mocks and validating hypotheses, to designing the whole experience, to collaborating closely with cross-functional partners for driving successful launch.
Dropbox Sign Activation
Crafted the activation and onboarding process for the Signature Hub, boosting awareness of Dropbox's offerings beyond file sync and share. Recognizing that users might not be ready to explore a new feature immediately, this activation experience is optimized for return visits as well. Conducted brainstorming session to identify high value activation actions and worked closely with other teams to lauch a cohesive user journey.
